How has Real Estate Changed as a Result of the NAR Settlement

As many of you know, the NAR settlement has changed the way residential real estate is conducted. One change is that the MLS (the system that houses the listing inventory) is not allowed to post information about who is paying a commission to the buyer's agent. Another change that we have seen across the country for most states is that the potential buyer must sign a buyer agency agreement most of the time agreeing to pay the commission, or a portion of the commission to the buyer's agent if the seller is not willing to pay the commission. This change has been in effect now for a couple of months. What has changed?

In this episode of Real Estate Right Now, senior Selling and Buyer's agent Kim Crump joins us to talk about her experiences since the change has come into effect. JOIN US LIVE RIGHT HERE and ASK YOUR QUESTIONS!
